It's only a 5 minute walk to the line 4 part of Seoul Station (along with line 1 and the airport line of course). There's a bus stop with 16 regular buses practically right outside my door. It's quiet though because it faces away from the main road. It's not far from Itaewon and HBC. It's not a short walk but I sometimes walk to/from Itaewon and Jongno, which is great when you can't catch a cab. Or you can ride your bike to Itaewon in 15 minutes.
Most windows face south (others east) so it's very bright. There's a good view south of the street and neighborhood. The air flow with the windows open is great. Heating and AC bills stay low. Most of the furnishings will stay as they're owned by the landlord (washer, dressers, bed, AC, fridge). The only problem with the washing machine is there's no hot water hookup, so I take things to the local dry cleaner when there's a stain and cold water won't get it out.
