1. Role
Global HQ AI Conversation Experience Designer (Korean and US English Bilingual)
2. What You Will Do
The role primarily involves reviewing and validating initial deliverables.
You will be responsible for creating and refining conversational data, from early concept work to quality review and localization. Your work will directly impact how AI systems communicate across languages and regions.
AI Conversation Design and Guidelines
• Write and structure language data for supervised AI training
• Design conversations that reflect user context, emotion, and cultural nuance
• Map conversation flows from a Human-AI and HCI perspective
• Develop and maintain writing guidelines and operational documentation
Language Data Quality and Analysis
• Ensure conversations are natural, coherent, and engaging
• Review and evaluate outputs based on global user standards, with a strong focus on meaning and intent
Voice Interaction and Usability Research
• Analyze and improve voice-based user experiences
Service and Persona Research
• Research and define persona frameworks that resonate with diverse user groups
Localization and Cultural Adaptation
• Adapt content across cultural, emotional, and linguistic contexts
• Build and maintain domain-specific knowledge datasets
• Verify data accuracy and reliability
Global Collaboration
• Understand HQ workflows and domain expertise
• Share guidelines and collaborate with teams across Europe and Asia
3. Qualifications
Korean
• Professional conversational proficiency
US English
Must meet at least one of the following:
• Native-level American English proficiency
• Completed most of your K–12 education in the United States
• Fully fluent in both written and spoken American English
• Second-generation Korean American
Professional Experience
• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience
4. Preferred
• Ability to translate humanities-based thinking into technical or AI frameworks
• Practical experience using LLMs in real-world workflows
• Strong qualitative analysis skills across diverse conversational contexts
• UX writing experience with a clear user perspective
• Experience managing language data or structured datasets
• Experience writing conversational content such as chatbots, scripts, or scenarios
• Strong user-first mindset
• Intellectual curiosity and openness to learning new domains
• Background in Humanities or Psychology
5. Work Details
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, full-time
Location
Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul

6. Employment Terms
Employment Type
Full-time with a 3-month probation period or a 6-month fixed-term contract, depending on mutual agreement
