We are an independent record label seeking a skilled mix and master engineer for project-based work. We are looking to build relationships with talented professionals who can consistently deliver high-quality, commercial-ready mixes and masters across multiple releases.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, creative instincts, and experience working with artists across a variety of genres. Attention to detail, professionalism, and reliable turnaround times are essential.
Requirements:
-Professional mixing and mastering experience
-Portfolio demonstrating previous work
-Ability to work with artist and label feedback
-Strong communication and project management skills
-Consistent delivery of release-ready audio files
