Deposit: 1,000,000 won
Rent: 350,000 원
Electricity: it really depends on how much you use your electricity but for me, I only had to pay around 6,000원 so far.
Gas: Also, it depends on how much you use it, so far, I had to pay around 15,000원 but you would not need it for the summer.
Cleaning fee for LEAVING: 70,000 --> This is only paid after you leave.
