Be aware there is a very active scammer posting cheap items for sale in Craigslist.
Obviously the person won't be able to meet you in person, but will guarantee to send you the item and say that the item has warranty and return policy.
Usually the scammer(s) will say they live in a very remote area in South Korea like Jeju or a very small city in the middle of nowhere in Korea. Don't fall for this scam, they might even provide you a picture of their ID with their face but that doesn't guarantee anything.
Never send transfer money to anyone, no one is stupid enough to sell their gadgets for a really low price, they put these prices in order to attract the attention of innocent people.
IF you are selling an item, the scammer (s) will contact you saying that they will transfer money through PayPal if you can ship the item to another country usually they will say is a gift for their family members, or whatever. If you are selling an item also be aware.
The scammer usually uses an American Name or European to "give more trust" to the buyers or "sellers", and they just find a random picture of someone in facebook, and they put it as their kakao profile picture.
Another way to check if the person is a scammer or not, is when they activated the kakao account, usually they activate their kakao account less than a week or a very short time, you may see this by the time they uploaded their kakao profile picture.
They might also say they are traveling somewhere and are not in Korea at the moment, it's also very easy to check if they got the pictures of their items for sale from the internet, just copy the url of the picture and paste it in google.
No one in their right mind will sell an Iphone XS Max without any problem and in new condition for 600-700.000 korean won, that's just a scam. LG V50 ThinQ for 400.000 korean won, etc...
Another way you can check if it's a scam or not, just ask them to send a picture of the phone/gadget the scammer is selling with a specific request like write a note saying "black mirror" and put it besides the gadget the scammer is selling.
I hope hope this information is helpful.
