📌 Position
K-POP Online Store Operations & Packing Assistant
Full-time
Basic schedule: Sunday to Thursday (negotiable)
Hours: 11:00 to 20:00 (negotiable)
Both days and starting time can be discussed!
✨ What You Will Do
This is a general operations role with clear routines.
- Pack orders accurately and prepare shipments 📦
- Receive deliveries, check quantities, organize inventory
- Add new products to our website
- Handle basic customer service (email/messages)
- Keep the office tidy and organised
- General office and warehouse support
- Light to medium lifting when moving boxes or stock 💪

👩💻 Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced English (mandatory for team communication)
- Korean is a bonus, not mandatory
- Legal right to work in Korea (we do not sponsor visas)
- Responsible, focused, and able to follow structured processes
- Comfortable with physical tasks and basic office duties
