Operations, Content & Customer Service Coordinator (K-POP Store)
📍 Seoul (Guro Digital Complex)
We are a European-owned team based in Seoul, running a global K-POP online store. Our workplace is calm, structured, and process-driven. This is a hands-on generalist role that combines operations, packing, content, and customer communication.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys clear routines, structured tasks, and being involved in the day-to-day physical and digital flow of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations of the online store
• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently (core part of the role)
• Organize inventory, packing materials, and workspace
• Upload and manage products on the website
• Assist with order processing and shipping workflows
• Create, post, and update content on Instagram and TikTok
• Handle customer service inquiries via email and social media
• Monitor and reply to messages and comments professionally and promptly
• Assist with order-related issues, follow-ups, and internal tracking
• Support general administrative tasks as needed
• Assist during busy periods such as pre-orders, comebacks, and shipping peaks
Requirements
• Valid working visa in South Korea
• Physically located in South Korea
• Fluent or advanced level of English
• Genuine interest in K-pop and fan culture, with a professional mindset
• Background or experience in marketing, social media, e-commerce, customer service, or a related field
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and light physical work such as packing, lifting boxes, and organizing inventory
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Enjoys switching between operational, content, and customer-facing tasks
• Understands and respects confidentiality regarding customer data and internal operations
Preferred but Not Required:
• Korean language skills
• Experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse-style workflows
