You will be a core member of our GBD Team and will be responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of PuzzleAI. You will not be tied down to a single task but rather be given the opportunity to exercise all muscle groups, whether it’s hustling for sales, managing accounts, creating documentation, and/or supporting back-office. In addition, there will be opportunities to learn about the operations of the company as a whole including but limited to taking a company public.

Ideal candidate should be great at forming relationships with B2B clients in various industries including healthcare industry. They should be a determined individual who is driven by success, is highly self-motivated, loves networking and is confident in creating and closing new leads through multi-channel approach. Basically, we are looking for a hustler that can prioritize and get things done.

Team Mission
- Implement an actionable global strategic expansion plan that entails comprehensive analysis the rapidly evolving AI digital healthcare market by partnering with regional partners while aligning the goals of overall company
- Discover new partners and pursue strategic initiatives under mid-to long-term strategies within and outside the healthcare industry
- Develop, negotiate, and conclude reasonable and mutually beneficial solutions for complex legal and business issues in partnership agreements
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key partners to promote PuzzleAI’s vision and business strategy, and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with management to develop and define global inbound/outbound strategies
(set metrics including KPIs, KSF to measure project and cost effectiveness)

As a GBD Manager, you will take on further specialized duties that fall into the following categories:

- Develop and maintain sales & partnership relationships from first contact to closing a deal
- Resolve client issues in conjunction with the software engineers while proactively monitoring accounts to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
- Create documentation by researching market players, benchmark best practices, and archive relevant documentation for the GBD Team
- Create email/newsletter/SNS campaigns that can be utilized for outbound activities.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update website for global audiences with product development, events, and relevant news
- Assist in creating and opening overseas branches

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree. MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- 1-3 years of startup and/or consulting experience that focuses on strategic growth, business development, or market research
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition (revenue generation)
- Experience managing global client accounts or customer service-related tasks
- Experience working in a team-based environment where you were responsible for both self-starting and delegated tasks
- Highly organized, well-presented, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Competency with modeling, creating and delivering client presentations
- Must be fluent in English (native) and Korean (highly proficient)
- F-4 visa holders that are Korea-based preferred but not limited to
