Busy restaurant looking to add entry level kitchen staff for cleaning, prep, and training.
No experience is needed. All training will be provided. Any kitchen experience is an asset.
Housing provided for staff.
Must have / want:
* Legal visa to work
* Long-term employment
* Time for growth and pay increases
* Be willing to re-locate and live near restaurant.
* Able to get along with everyone
Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare, pre-cook and/or cook food products as directed.
• Ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures.
• Clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Label, date, store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas.
• Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
• Receive and inspect product and supplies for quality and quantity to ensure appropriate inventory.
• Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the manager immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
