[Key Responsibilities]
General daily store operations management, maintaining overall hygiene and service quality
Inventory control, ordering ingredients/materials, and managing loss rates
Customer service and managing customer satisfaction
Store closing procedures, daily settlement, and POS management
[Qualifications]
Experience in cafe, bakery, or F&B store management (Preferred)
Proficient in Korean (Required for daily communication and operations)
Excellent communication skills, bright and positive attitude
Valid Korean Health Certificate (보건증) holder or eligible to issue one
Open to F-visa holders or individuals with legal work authorization in Korea
[Working Conditions & Benefits]
Job Type: Full-time (Probation period applies) / Contract
Location: 1st Floor, 12 Teheran-ro 13-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Near Gangnam Station)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day / Shift work (Scheduled between 07:00 ~ 21:00)
Compensation: 2,500,000 KRW - 2,800,000 KRW per month (Depending on experience)
