We need a talented Hardware + Firmware Freelancer to build our first functional proof-of-concept prototype. You will modify existing consumer earphones, optimize the internal circuitry, and write the code to bridge the hardware to our software.
What You Will Do
Hardware Hack: Teardown standard earphones/ audio receivers to integrate a new system in the device in a small body.
Clean Architecture: Untangle, organize, and optimize the internal wiring infrastructure.
Firmware Coding: Write low-level code to read the NFC tags and control the hardware components.
RF Bridging: Configure the RF transmitter so audio signals can be triggered via external software.
What We Look For
Hands-on prototyping skills (fine soldering, PCB rework, battery integration).
Proficiency in C/C++ for microcontrollers.
Experience with NFC and RF (Radio Frequency) protocols.
A clean, structured approach to system architecture.
