3. Working Conditions
> Hourly pay rate: KRW 40,000~60,000 (based on experience and subject)
> Class duration: 30~120 minutes per session
> Fully remote (no commuting required)
> Instructors must prepare class materials and a 1-hour assignment for each session
4. Qualifications
> Bachelor’s degree (required) – applicants must be university graduates
> Preference for graduates of Ivy League schools or top 50 U.S. universities
> Strong background in AP/SAT/IB/ACT subjects (e.g., Chemistry, Math, Biology, English, History)
> Experience with international school curriculum is a plus
> Reliable online work environment (computer, webcam, headset, wired internet connection, etc.)
> Operating system: Windows 10 or higher, macOS 11 (Big Sur) or macOS 12 (Monterey)
> No criminal record (background check required with consent)
5. Recruitment Process
> Document screening (application and demo lesson for selected subject)
> Online interview (Zoom)
