This is not a tour. It is a transformative educational experience where participants reconnect with themselves through Korean history, philosophy, and culture. Our first cohort is targeted to launch in September 2026, and we are looking for someone to help make it happen.

This is not simply a coordination role within an established organization. You will be helping build a premium global education brand from the ground up.

[Who We're Looking For]
We need someone who is:
* Detail-oriented — nothing falls through the cracks
* Service-minded — participants feel genuinely cared for at every moment
* Time-disciplined — schedules are sacred, and you treat them that way
* SNS-savvy — comfortable creating and managing content across platforms
* Knowledgeable about Korea — and eager to study our culture, history, and program content quickly and willingly
* Korean intermediate or above — able to communicate in Korean daily life (TOPIK 4+ or equivalent)
* A resident of Korea with a valid work-eligible visa (F-2 / F-4 / F-5 / F-6 preferred)
[What You'll Do]
Help build and launch EH Korean from its earliest stage through participant recruitment, program preparation, operational improvement, and cross-cultural coordination.

Phase 1 — One-Day Residency (Current Program)
Your starting point. Strong performance here is the direct path to Phase 2.
