Koru Pharma is looking for an energetic and proactive Overseas Sales Manager to join our growing international team.
This role is ideal for someone with an active mindset, strong communication skills, and genuine interest in international business, even if you are at an early stage of your sales career.
Sales experience is not mandatory — what matters most is your attitude, motivation, and readiness to grow.
🔹 Your Key Responsibilities
• Supporting and gradually managing the sales process from client communication to deal closure
• Communicating with international clients via email, messengers, and calls
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with distributors and partners
• Assisting in the development of overseas markets
• Collaborating with marketing on market-specific activities
• Supporting contract, logistics, and payment-related processes
• Participating in international business trips and exhibitions when required (travel is not frequent)
✅ Key Requirements
• Fluent English (other languages are a strong plus)
• Active, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Readiness for international business trips when needed
• Ability to work from Seoul or Kuala Lumpur
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Any exposure to sales, customer-facing, or international roles
• Background in cosmetics, medical, or pharmaceutical industries
