Kim’s house is a cozy and welcoming accommodation located near Hongdae, Hapjeong, sinchon Station in Seoul, South Korea.
We aim to foster a social environment where travelers can meet new friends and share unique experiences.
Our goal is to create a true home away from home, where travelers from all around the world can feel comfortable and relaxed while they also can socialize and make meaningful connections.
10 minutes to Hapjeong metro station (Lines 2 and 6)
10 minutes to the Han river
10 minutes to Mangwon market
10 minutes to Hongdae

*Role Overview*
We are looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about hospitality, enjoy meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and want to contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for travelers. You'll primarily be working with cleaning.
Total amount of weekly shifts: 18hrs
*Key Responsibilities*
-Home wall paint, wallpaper replacement, repairs, etc.
-Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
-Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
-Working hours: 18hr per week.

-Outside of scheduled working hours, you'll have plenty of personal time. Once your work is complete, you're free for the rest of the day.

Electricity charges are billed separately.
Security Deposit: 500,000 KRW
(Upon check-out, the security deposit will be returned minus the electricity charges.)
