➡️ Online Consultation & Scheduling – manage appointments for English-speaking patients
➡️ Patient Support – guide patients during hospital visits and explain services clearly
➡️ Team Communication – stay in touch with translators on KakaoTalk, confirm arrivals, and share updates
👉 What We’re Looking For
➡️ Bilingual in Korean & English (spoken + written) – must have
➡️ 3+ years experience in sales or customer support
➡️ Highly organized and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Airtable)
➡️ Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset
➡️ Able to stay calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment
